This is a list of some interesting mail associated with the V-2. If
you have
additional information or comments please feel free to email me. Thank

These letters were actually flown in scale rockets. They are referred
to as
"Rocket Mail." The local club I belong to has done this in the past
but it requires
the access to a postmaster or someone in the US postal service. Once
these
letters have been flown there are cancelled, just as if the mailman
delivered them
to your home or business.
Letter 1 -
This cover was flown by Ed Engelman on July 4, 1998. Ed flew a number of
rockets with his children
and a local Cub Scout group.
Letter 2
- This letter does not have a V-2 on it but was flown in a scale V-2 as
noted on the envelope.
Letter 3
- This is a commerative letter flown on the anniversary of the the first
V-2 flown from Cape Canaveal, FL.
Letter 4
- V-2 Rocket Attacks Begin - 8 September 1944.
Letter 5
- First Launch of the V-2 Rocket on London - 8 September 1944.

- Rocket Mail flown - signed by H. Oberth V-2 cancel 1969
